Worked in television mainly for 12 years before taking time out to write 1st draft screenplays and book adaptations for a number of International Independent Production companies.
In 2022, Dave decided to write & direct a new film SOMEBODY, which picked up a distribution deal with Media Creative Partnership UK and won multiple awards at a number of Independent Film Festivals internationally.
Dave’s latest film SUNPHLOWERS is premiering at Galway Film Fleadh and is expected to hit cinemas nationwide September 2025, before heading to the US.
Dave has now completed his third screenplay ERIN, due to go into production in 2026.
